What we collect and why

Workflowtech.ai is operated by Eudai Gestalt Integrations. This page describes the data the site collects, how long it is kept, and how to request deletion. The default posture is progressive privacy: collect less, keep less, explain the tradeoff, and never turn visitor behavior into an advertising product.

Progressive privacy commitments

Privacy is a practical right, not a luxury setting. EGI supports anti-surveillance work, privacy activism, strong encryption, data minimization, and tools that let people learn, build, and ask for help without being profiled. Groups like the Electronic Frontier Foundation have spent decades defending those principles, and their work is worth reading.

  • No advertising surveillance: no ad pixels, retargeting tags, third-party analytics scripts, or sale of personal data.
  • Data minimization: collect only what is needed to answer, route, protect, follow up, or operate the service.
  • User control: deletion and unsubscribe requests are honored without making you explain yourself.
  • Limited disclosure: EGI does not voluntarily share personal data with data brokers, advertisers, or surveillance vendors.

Four things the site collects

1. Terminal intake answers

When you use the guided terminal on the landing page, your four answers (what you are trying to accomplish, what you are building, your current automation maturity, and what would be useful next) are stored with the selected mode, a short session identifier, the page you came from, your browser's user agent string, and your IP address. The IP and user agent are used for rate limiting and abuse detection. Submissions that are never linked to a chat conversation or a contact record are deleted after 180 days.

2. Chat conversations

When you send a message to the terminal, the message text and the assistant's reply are stored alongside the intake context, the mode, and an estimate of how many tokens the model used. IP address and a session key are recorded for rate limiting. Conversations and their messages are deleted after 30 days.

When EGI enables a paid cloud provider (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar), the message text is sent to that provider only for the duration of generating the reply. The provider may retain the request under its own terms. EGI does not enable cloud routing unless the local model cannot answer adequately, and the public terminal cannot trigger paid cloud calls by itself.

3. Contact submissions

When you fill out the contact form at /automatonicon, your name, email, role, and the role-specific details you entered are stored along with the time of submission and your IP address. Contact records are business records, but stale records are anonymized after 24 months. Deletion requests are honored sooner.

Notifications generated when a new contact arrives (delivery status, internal logs) are deleted after 30 days.

4. Newsletter subscriptions

Submitting the contact form adds your email address to the EGI newsletter list after the form shows the newsletter disclosure. Subscriber records store your email, name, source role, topic tags, opt-in time, unsubscribe token, and unsubscribe time if you leave the list. Every newsletter or auto-reply includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing clears non-essential profile and segmentation fields, leaving only the suppression details needed to keep you off the list unless you re-subscribe.

Retention windows

  • Chat conversations and messages: 30 days.
  • Token usage records: 30 days.
  • Unlinked terminal intake submissions: 30 days.
  • Contact notification logs: 30 days.
  • Newsletter auto-reply audit logs: 30 days.
  • Per-subscriber newsletter delivery logs: 90 days.
  • Contact records: anonymized after 24 months.
  • Newsletter subscriber records: minimized on unsubscribe, deleted on request.
  • CODEX library content: not personal data; retained as the public library.

A scheduled retention sweep deletes records that exceed these windows. Operators may configure shorter windows but never longer ones than what is published here without updating this page first.

Cookies and tracking

The site does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or session tracking across other sites. The terminal stores a short session identifier in your browser's session storage so reloading the page does not lose your intake. That identifier is cleared when you close the tab.

Requesting deletion or access

Email [email protected] with the email address or terminal session identifier you used. We will confirm receipt, remove the matching records, and reply within a reasonable window. Deletion is permanent.
