What EGI builds

Eudai Gestalt Integrations builds practical automation systems: custom integrations, workflow engineering, and the education that lets a team keep what was built. The public site runs on the same architecture EGI ships for clients.

The guided terminal

The terminal at workflowtech.ai/terminal is not an open chatbot. A short structured intake routes each session into a persona mode before the first model call. Behind it:

• Router-owned orchestration: the backend decides mode, tools, and escalation; models are workers.
• Local-first model routing with operator-controlled cloud escalation and hard spend caps: visitors pick the question, never the spend.
• A spend ledger that treats any unmeterable completion as an outage and halts cloud routing until an operator clears it.
• Brandable deployment bundles: palette, logo, intake, personas, and copy load from configuration, not forks.

The research-and-publish loop

A discovery watchlist polls sources on a schedule, a scout scores what it finds, and the notable results flow into three public surfaces: the site ticker, the every-ten-days Leafcutter Digest, and CODEX, a Git-backed automation library that is both human-browseable and machine-readable.

Credentials

The team holds the Anthropic-issued Claude Partner Badge: Claude Code and the Claude Certified Architect: Professional (CCAR-P) and Foundations certifications.
